Established for over 8 years and following healthy growth year upon year, we decided to look at our business, where we can consolidate, where we can expand, how we can manage products and services better.

Involving all of our staff, we produced an exciting business plan, based around two sectors – the supply and installation of gates, automation and all other associated products, locally in our area and the other, becoming the sole importer and main distributor / supplier of HorizAL aluminium gates & fences.

The first sector to supply and install, whilst having been very lucrative and allowing us to grow the company to where it is today, is totally reliant on having an excellent team throughout the company, which we feel we have. However, unless we can continuously attract skilled engineers, office management and staff to allow for expansion in this area, it is neither easily manageable or sustainable.

Following our introduction to HorizAL in France, over 3 years ago, our initial localised plan to supply and install this product locally, has grown into something that we are extremely excited about, especially with our business plan firmly in place.

Having overcome incredibly time-consuming obstacles such as all legalities involving English & French solicitors, planning, discussions, meetings in France and a more recent visit to the UK, we have just signed a contract for sole distribution rights with HorizAL, a world renowned European manufacturer, to supply their high quality range of aluminium gates throughout the UK.

Based in Lyon, France they have expanded their business through a network of regional companies known as “Les Portaliers” (meaning “gate experts”), offering them their own exclusive geographical territory, supplying them with gates and railings, a business model that we are intending to follow here in the UK.
