Using ‘Excial’, our state-of-the-art software, we streamline the complete process from quotation through to working drawings.

Step One: We receive an enquiry from you via email, web contact form, or our easy-to- use and editable Installer Enquiry Quote Form pdf (Shown Right)

(Please note: If you have any site imagery or additional information, please include this, it helps us provide a more accurate quotation from the offset.)

Step Two: Once we have the required information, we will provide a full detailed quotation, with individual product & delivery costings within 24 hours, but normally the same day (Shown Right).

With every quotation we include a Visual & Dimensioned Drawings for you to include with your quotation, giving each of your clients a representation of their chosen design and colour (Shown Below).

Step Three: On receiving an instruction from you to proceed with an order, we require a paid deposit & the process begins.

A detailed ARC / Manufacturing Drawing is provided for you to approve / amend, normally within 4-5 working days, prior to final sign-off – (Shown Right)

Step Four: Once approved, your order is sent immediately through to production.

Our average lead time from this point is 7-10 weeks dependant on model / colour finish of the order.

Following a paid balance of the order, we then arrange a timed delivery to your works address or straight to site if this is preferred.
